Signature Stylist

Lex is our Signature Stylist whose been in the hair game since she was 16. She’s our go-to girl for dimensional brunettes and creamy blondes that feel like absolute luxury - think glossy, seamless colour that grows out like a dream. She loves a watermelon juice (vodka and pineapple when the mood hits), pasta in all its glorious forms and Bonnie was her first ever client (talk about a full circle moment!)

Founder and Master Colour Expert

Emma is our Founder and Master Colour Expert and has been creating beautiful hair for the past 15 years. Starting her career in England, where she quickly fell in love with the artistry of colour, Emma became a Master Colour Expert, led salon teams and travelled the world before settling here in Australia. Emma is the creative force behind CLAE HAIR and brings a wealth of experience to every client. Her colour knowledge is unmatched, and she’s a calm presence under pressure.

Erin (or Ez as we like to call her) is our Senior Stylist and Raymond Terrace Hair Leader. She has been hairdressing for almost a decade and it’s a part of who she is. She is our RT hair leader, guiding our team with warmth while creating intentional, natural colour that enhance’s each client’s beauty. But don’t be fooled - she’s the queen of a bold transformation when the mood calls for it.
