Emma is our Founder and Master Colour Expert and has been creating beautiful hair for the past 15 years. Starting her career in England, where she quickly fell in love with the artistry of colour, Emma became a Master Colour Expert, led salon teams and travelled the world before settling here in Australia. Emma is the creative force behind CLAE HAIR and brings a wealth of experience to every client. Her colour knowledge is unmatched, and she’s a calm presence under pressure.

With over a decade of experience as a beauty therapist and makeup artist, Bonnie is the visionary behind Clae. Passionate about creating a space where beauty meets community, she leads with innovation, warmth, and a keen eye for detail. An early riser who loves a rainy night in with a rom-com and face mask, yet always looking for new ways to elevate the Clae experience. Known for her generous spirit, she’s the kind of person who becomes best friends with everyone she meets—always giving, always uplifting, and always making those around her feel their best; alas, CLAE.
